“ hoje fui conhecer o Café do Prédio, localizado no Segundo andar das lojas Casa Maria, antiga Renner, na Rua dos Andradas quase esquina da Rua Borges de Medeiros. Gostei do ambiente, quase igual o antigo café, mas com algumas melhorias, tem um piano charmosissimo, o ambiente é limpo arejado e anexo uma pequena livraria, vale comprar um livro e sentar ali para saborear um cafè, afora a isso, tem o Memorial da antiga livraria Globo, quase que um tributo da cidade, pois conta um pouco de uma grande livraria, vale ainda a arquitetura do prédio, muito linda. sugiro que esse local faça parte do turismo da cidade. ”

“ Ôtimo ambiente, bem amplo. Local para encontros de amigas e de trabalho. É possível apreciar o acervo do Memorial da Livraria do Globo. Uma verdadeira imersão na história da cidade de Porto Alegre no seu apogeu. Apreciei uma torta de pêssego com nata, boa. E o indefectível expresso. Teria que ter mais divulgação do café. O ponto é mais do que central e merece ser frequentado. ”
